Excellent communications, writing, and negotiating skills using
succinct, call-to-action copy that catches the audience's
attention, whether it be for national or international development
through foundation funding, corporate solicitation, venture
capitalists, or angel investors.

Ability to take highly technical information and explain it in
concise terms for the lay person.

Familiar with national funders including foundations,
corporations and the federal government.

Prospect Research: Will provide prospect sheets for funding
sources and review of grant requirements, as well as a targeted
and thorough search of potential funding sources.

Grant Proposal Writing: For foundation, corporate & government
grants, including a review of previous grant proposals, client
correspondence and program description development, and
preparation of draft and final proposal.

Evaluation Assistance: Work with staff to develop evaluation
systems and establish program measurables, as related to grant
requirements.

Program Descriptions: Will develop dynamic program descriptions
for use in boilerplates, marketing documents, and handouts.
