Virginia B. Kleinrock, Principal of The Kleinrock Group, has been consulting in the areas of grant writing, communications, and organizational development for over twenty-five years. Her clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, school districts and colleges, health and human service organizations, art and cultural institutions, state and federal government agencies, and small businesses. Her pilot programs were not only funded, they became national award-winning prototypes. She helped the Harvard Club of Boston maintain its presence nationally, communicated health saving messages to millions of people, and helped clients double their sales.

Kleinrock has published numerous articles in academic and professional journals, written for the print and broadcast media, and published a short story in Ship's Log: Writings at Sea, an anthology with ten best-selling authors. She is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America thus earning the distinction APR. She is also a member of Associated Grant Makers and Women in Development. She holds a Master of Science in Health Science from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from East Carolina University. She attended the Communications and Business Administration graduate schools at Boston University. She is listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in the Media and Communications, and Who's Who in the World.
